When you register, you will receive an email when your bill is ready for viewing. You have the option to receive an e-bill and a paper bill if you choose, or just go straight to e-bill. You will also be able to print your online bill for your records if you choose.
The Holden Water Department is pleased to be able to offer our customers the ability to pay their bill by credit or debit card. For instructions on how to register for online services please click on the 'more info' tab in the upper right hand. Once you are registered you may view your online history since you have registered.
There is a fee for using a credit/debit card. As a City we are not allowed, by law, to absorb the fee that the card companies charge. The fees are as follows.

$210.01 and above 4% of payment amount
